What is T1 Internet
Access?
Nothing beats a true "T1" connection to the Internet for combined
reliability, security and performance. Unlike current broadband
solutions (cable modems, DSL, wireless, etc.), T1's are a proven
technology that has been widely used for years. Because of the
reliability of T1's, we are able to offer a service level guarantee
of 99.99% up-time to our clients.
The maximum speed that can be achieved using a cable modem
or DSL varies depending upon the amount of users on the service
and the distance between your home or office and the telephone
company's facilities. The speed of T1 Internet access is not
affected by these factors. The speeds listed on our web site
are GUARANTEED.

Our T1 Internet access solutions are designed for companies
requiring a reliable Internet connection with maximum availability.
With the reliability of Webcore T1 Internet access, companies
can host mission-critical applications such as web sites or
email on-site. T1's are also great for interconnecting branch
offices for videoconferencing and file sharing.
Which T1 option
do I need?
Webcore offers three different types of T1 services:
Burstable T1
Burstable T1 access allows a client to use the full speed
of a T1 connection (1.55Mbps) while only being billed for
the actual bandwidth that is used. The client is billed using
the 95th percentile billing method, so the client
will not be billed for traffic "spikes" such as periodic large
file transfers. Burstable T1 access is recommended for companies
transferring large files or hosting web sites in-house.
Tiered T1
Tiered T1 access restricts the speed of a T1 to a predetermined
rate such as 512kbps. Tiered T1 access is billed using a
fixed pricing model in that the client will not be billed
on actual usage.
Full T1
A full T1 is recommended for companies that heavily use
their Internet connection and also require the full bandwidth
of a T1. No limitations are placed on the usage for a full
T1 and the client is billed a fixed rate.
