Webcore offers both on-site consulting to businesses
in the Austin area and off-site consulting services. Our on-site
services include network design and implementation, computer
hardware and software troubleshooting, videoconferencing solutions
and more. Examples of our off-site consulting services include
remote network troubleshooting, network security analysis and
advanced server configuration for clients utilizing our
hosting services.
Many computer consulting firms give complicated responses
when answering your technical questions. Webcore offers solutions
in a manner such that each client has a clear and precise
understanding throughout the design and implementation process.
We can work with your existing in-house technical support
staff or we can be the one-stop solution for all of your IT needs.
Our standard rate for consulting (both on-site and off-site)
is $115 per hour with a one hour minimum. Drive time may apply
for on-site consulting for businesses located outside of the
Austin metropolitan area.
Consulting contracts of 5 hours or more per month are available
